We at Just Lust aim to provide a fair and reasonable returns process. Please review the details of our policy below:

Unwanted Goods

Credit for goods returned as unwanted will incur a 25% restocking charge, subject to the following conditions:

• The goods must be unused.
• The goods must be in their original condition and packaging (including shrink wrapping, seals, etc.).
• The goods must be received by us within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Important Note:
If we suspect that the goods have been used, or if any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, if goods are returned to us, the cost of shipping will be your responsibility.

Faulty Goods

We operate a one-year returns policy for faulty goods.

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us, and we will advise you on the next steps. In most cases, we will request video footage demonstrating the fault. This may include:

• Adding batteries (if applicable).
• Showing that the item is fully charged.
• Holding down the power button to turn the item on/off.
• Cycling through the available functions.

Once we receive the necessary information, we will determine whether to exchange the item or credit your account. If the item is found to be fully operational, it will be treated as an unwanted good and may be returned to you at your cost.

Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us as undelivered by the shipping provider, we will treat this as an unwanted good. In such cases:

• The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
• If you wish to have the item re-shipped, the shipping cost will be charged again.

Non-Response to Return Enquiries

If we contact you regarding a return and do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to dispose of the goods.

Credit Notes

Please note that any credit memos or credits issued to your account will expire 6 months after the date of issue.
